Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B bond owned by the principal under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;
On April 4, 2015, the Defendant driven the above vehicle under the influence of alcohol of 0.210% in blood alcohol concentration around 09:30%, and led the Defendant to drive the said vehicle at an irregular speed in the direction of B Hospital from the 2001 U.S. Do, Nowon-gu, Seoul to the 1-ro 8 Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
The driver has a duty of care to check the safety of the course by reducing speed and checking the right and the right and the right of the driver, and drive the motor vehicle safely, and not drive the motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to drinking.

The Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.210% as stated in paragraph (1) of the Road Traffic Act, as seen above, driving approximately 900 meters from the front of Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-ro 19-ro 19-ro 31 to the front of the 8 Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-ro 1-ro 31-ro 31-ro 4 apartment road.
