A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

"The past record of crime" / [the past record of crime] The defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for habitual fraud at the Busan District Court on June 2, 2015, and on June 8, 2015, the records of punishment for fraud including the termination of the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention House are 28 times.

On August 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 10:20 on August 1, 2015, the Defendant received 535,000 won from the injured party (around 10:20,000 won each week; (b) around 30,000 won each week; (c) around 30,000 won each week; (d) around 20,000 won each week; and (e) around 15,000 won each year each year from the injured party, without any intention or ability to pay the drinking value, and (e) around 10:20,00 won each year from the injured party.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

On July 16, 2015, the Defendant was provided with beer and beer equivalent to KRW 35,000 from the injured party, even if he/she was provided with alcoholic beverages from the injured party at K stores operated by the injured party J of Busan at around 22:00 on July 16, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property from the victim by deceiving the victim.

On June 8, 2015, the Defendant, around 22:00 on June 8, 2015, sent the same attitude to pay the alcohol value while ordering alcohol to the above victim within the “Nju” operated by the victim M in Busan L, Busan.

However, it is true.
