[2015 Highest 473] On April 12, 2015, the Defendant issued an order for alcohol and alcohol as if the Defendant would pay the alcohol value to the victim at the “K” entertainment drinking point operated by the injured party J in Heung-gu, Young-gu, Soung-gu.

However, the defendant did not have any means of payment, such as cash, card, etc., so even if he/she orders alcohol and alcohol, he/she did not have any intent or ability to pay the price.
