Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant and B are the persons working as the chief in C (hereinafter referred to as “C”).

The Defendant and B concluded a contract with E Co., Ltd., a company in charge of the “D” site-based construction, for the purpose of obstructing the passage of earth and sand delivery vehicles, on the ground that E Co., Ltd. entered into a contract for the supply of earth and sand from C to another company (hereinafter “F”).

1. On July 24, 2017, around 07:30 on July 24, 2017, the Defendant parked the I dump truck leased by C in the middle part of the H located in G before the D construction site, and thereby, the Defendant interfered with the Defendant’s transportation of soil and sand by force until 08:00 on the following day, by setting aside the I dump truck leased by C from the middle part of the H located in G at the F site without any rhyming, thereby preventing the Plaintiff’s 18 cost of the construction vehicle managed by C, the head

2. On July 25, 2017, around 08:00, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s soil and sand transport business by force until around 13:00 on the same day, by moving the said I dump truck to another place, parking the K dump truck leased by C rhump truck with a rhump truck with a view to obstructing the victim’s access to 25 construction vehicles managed by J.

3. On August 7, 2017, around 07:25, the Defendant: (a) parked Kump trucks leased by C at the same place as the above “1”; and (b) obstructed the victim’s soil and sand transport by force until 07:50 on the same day, such as interfering with the victim’s entry of 25 construction vehicles managed by C.

4. On August 28, 2017, around 06:48, the Defendant: (a) parked Lump trucks leased by C in the same place as the above “1”; and (b) obstructed the victim’s soil and sand transport by force until 07:41 on the same day, such as interfering with the passage of 25 vehicles managed by J of the victim.

5. Around 07:41 on the same day as above, the Defendant moved the above vehicle to the outside of a bridge of about 50 meters and parked in front of the access road at the construction site and passed the bridge.
