A defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

When the accused does not pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 21:00 on June 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received a report related to interference with business from the head of the police station affiliated with the Seoul Mine Police Station Diplomatic Police Station, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report on interference with business, and received a request for returning home from E at the site; (b) took a bath with a large sound of about 30 minutes, such as “spacker”, “spacker”, and “spacker”, while under the influence of alcohol, and assaulted E with a two hand, for approximately 10 minutes, without any justifiable reason.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
