Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 01, 2012, the Defendant: (a) was in the second floor stairs of the Cpiced building in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do; (b) was able to put up a protruding signboard owned by the victim D (Nam, 35 years of age) who was installed in the above stairs using a one-time camera in which the Defendant was holding.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the standing signboards equivalent to the market price of 30,000 won and damaged its utility.
