Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the Seoul Central District Court on August 17, 2010, sentenced ten months to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on June 14, 201, is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On September 25, 2011, the Defendant received approximately 0.1g of psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs contained in D for a single-use injection machine, from D, in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City hotel toilet, and received philophones by receiving approximately 0.1g of philophones.

2. On September 25, 2011, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones delivered as above in a single-use injection machine, melting the birth water as soon as possible in his arms.

3. At around 09:00 on June 13, 2012, the Defendant administered phiphonephones by inserting approximately 0.2g of oponphones delivered from F in a single-use injection machine, melting the melting water rapidly, in his arms, at around 09:0, the Defendant administered phiphones.
