A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 31, 2014, the Defendant, at around 14:00, opened a gate that was not corrected for the purpose of theft of property from the victim B (n, 36 years of age) located in Suwon-gun, Suwon-gun, and entered the entrance, and intrudes into the entrance, and opened the door to the inside and outside of the entrance, and used the stolen property to be stolen, but did not find any other property but failed to do so.
