A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by a fine of thirty million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

"2016 Highest 1742"

1. On May 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a motor bicycle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.057%; (b) from the Kim Sea Parking Lot in Kim Sea-si to the front day of the C Hospital in the same city, the Defendant driven a motor bicycle of 110 meters at approximately 30 meters from the 300-meter radius from the Kim Sea Parking Lot in Kim Sea-si to the front day of the C Hospital in the same city.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) was the owner of a motorcycle as stated in paragraph (1); and (b) was driving the said motorcycle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, at the place as stated in paragraph (1).

3. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a motorcycle specified in paragraph (1).

At around 15:20 on May 11, 2016, the Defendant driven the above motorcycle while under the influence of alcohol as described in paragraph 1, and led the three-lane road in front of the C Hospital in Kimhae-si B along the three-lane from the outside-dong Public Security Center to the Korean apartment.

Since the place has a crosswalk where a signal, etc. is installed, it is confirmed whether a person engaged in driving service has a road by reducing speed and by properly examining the front side and the left side of the motor vehicle, and even though the defendant has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle in accordance with the new subparagraph, he neglected to do so while under the influence of alcohol and disregarding the change of the signal while driving the motor vehicle into the stop signal, and due to the negligence of driving the motor vehicle, he did not avoid the victim E (n, 70 years old) crossing the crosswalk from the right side to the left side of the motor vehicle, and received the left side of the above wheelchairs from the front side of the motor vehicle of the defendant.

As a result, the Defendant suffered two strings in need of approximately three weeks of treatment due to the above occupational negligence.

The defendant of "2016 Highest 1812" shall be around 13:20 on May 7, 2016.
