B. Defendant A
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a C124CC motorcycle in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accident after Accidents);
On May 30, 2020, the Defendant driven the above motorcycle around 15:10 on May 30, 2020, and continued to run from the front side of the Jeju apartment at Kimhae-si to the front side of the road.
At that time, there is a center line of yellow solid lines. Therefore, the driver had a duty of care to prevent accidents by driving a driver by keeping the upper right part of the center line with the driver.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused the victim to go beyond the floor by driving the front part of the Fmotor bicycle driven by the victim E (the age of 29) who was normally driven in the opposite lane due to the negligence of driving the center line.
Ultimately, the Defendant, by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, sustained a string of arms under the right side requiring treatment for about two weeks, and, at the same time, escaped without immediately stopping a motor bicycle so that the repair cost of KRW 380,000 is damaged, without taking measures such as providing relief to the victim.
