1. The plaintiffs
A. Defendant C shall share 2,304/2,376 of each of the lands listed in Schedule 1, 2, and 4 of Attached Property List 1.

Basic Facts
Won, each land listed in the real estate list No. 1 related to the Defendants was owned by the network E.

The deceased E’s lineal descendants consist of F (Fnam), G (4), H (V), I (2) etc. The Plaintiff A’s children of net G (Death on July 23, 2008). The Plaintiff B is the children of the deceased G (Death on December 6, 1986). Defendant C and D are the children of the deceased TW (Death on May 7, 1971).
As the heir of the network E, the inheritance shares of Defendant C are 72/2,376, and the inheritance shares of Defendant D are 90/2,376.
(Attachment 2) The plaintiffs are co-inheritorss of the network E.
As to the registration concerning the land Nos. 1 and 2 of this case and the land Nos. 3 and 4 of this case, the registration of ownership transfer under Defendant C’s name was completed on June 25, 2007 under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Real Estate Ownership (Act No. 7500, hereinafter “Special Measures Act”), as to the land No. 5 of this case’s land No. 1 and 2, and the land No. 3 and 4 of this case’s land which were the mother’s land prior to the partition, the registration of ownership transfer was completed under the name of Defendant C under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Real Estate Ownership (Act No. 7500, Jul. 1, 1968). The registration of ownership transfer was completed on the land No. 5 of this case’s land No. 597 of Jan. 8, 2008.
특별조치법에 의한 위 각 등기는 피고 C이 망부(亡父) L으로부터 이 사건 각 토지를 증여받았다는 취지의 보증서에 터 잡아 이루어졌다.
With respect to the land of this case Nos. 1 and 2 and the land of this case Nos. 3 and 4 prior to the subdivision of the land of this case, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of the defendant D, which was based on the donation of this case No. 4060 on Mar. 2, 2009, as the receipt No. 4060 on Feb. 23, 2009. As to the land of this case No. 5 as to the land of this case No. 3854, Mar. 2, 2009.
