Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) as the victim E (57 years old) will bring about a way in front of the D convenience store located in Jeju-si, Jeju-si, without any justifiable reason, on the road in front of the D convenience store; and (b) as the Defendant will bring about a knife to his hand, “c type, dead, and discarded.”
