When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:20 on June 17, 2018, the Defendant d (38 cm) from the victim D (38 cm) who took a dangerous object in the vicinity on the ground that the Defendant d (33 cm in length, about 17 cm in height) was drunk in front of the C restaurant located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju, and was able to look at the victim’s wall (17 cm in length, about 33 cm in height), which is a dangerous object in the surrounding area on the ground that the Defendant d (38 cm in the situation) was able to look at, and threatened the victim with the above wall as the victim might flish.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim by using the above brick, which is a dangerous object.
