Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] Defendant A was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Eastern District Court on October 22, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 30th of the same month. Defendant B was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul East Eastern District Court on May 15, 2015 and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 23th of the same month.

A. Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D and B, used a private document on the forged rights and obligations.
3) On March 8, 2013, the Defendant, along with D, B, etc., was a notary public with the third third floor in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seocho-gu.
