Punishment of the crime

B. Defendant, B, and C provided two copies of a photograph of resident registration certificate to B at the same date and at the same place as that of paragraph (a), and B entered D’s personal information in the resident registration certificate form by means of computer, etc., and attached C’s photograph and affixed a forged official seal in the name of the Gyeonggi-do Government Government Market.

Accordingly, the defendant is the government market of the Gyeonggi-do Government, a public document, for the purpose of exercising it together with B and C.
