A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

Since 2007, the Defendant was operating a Madern branch and a garment sales store and organized and operated a number system against 50 million won and 50 million won, and had the Defendant organized a number system for the investment in the facilities of the establishment operated at the time, and received monthly payments from her members for personal purposes.

1. On July 15, 2009, the Defendant joined the above system by falsely stating that “When he pays monthly payment by September 15, 2010 to the 15 unit of 15 unit of 15 unit of 15 unit of 340,000 won (340,000 won for 1 unit of 1 unit of 15 unit of 1 unit of 15 unit of 15 unit of 15 unit of 15 unit of 201, the Defendant would pay KRW 5,00,000 in accordance with the order of 5,00,000 according to the order of priority.”

However, the above system is the 15th unit number system, and it can be paid to the members of the fraternity normally in accordance with the order of monthly payment received from the members of the fraternity to be completed. The above system is merely 7.5 unit unit, and even if the system is operated, there was no intention or ability to pay the system normally to the victims.

Accordingly, the Defendant, as seen above, was informed of the victims from September 15, 201, and received total of KRW 35,700,000 from the victims to the time of September 15, 2010 as stated in the list of crimes (1).

2. On November 20, 2009, the Defendant: (a) signed the 15 unit of the number meter (340,000 won per one unit of the 15 unit of the 15 unit of the 15 unit of the 15 unit of the 2010 unit of the 2010 unit of the 2010 unit of the 2010 unit of the 201 unit of the 201 unit of the 201 unit of the 201 unit of the 201 unit of the 201 unit of the 2010 unit of the 201 unit of the 201 unit of the 201st unit of the 201 unit of the 2010 unit of the 201 unit of the 201 unit of the 201 unit of the 201 unit of the 201 unit
