Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 20, 2016, at around 17:45, the Defendant tried to stick in the order of multiple persons at a place where the vehicle B E20 is reduced to one lane while driving at the point of a sports ground quarter of Songpa-gu Seoul as the Winter Olympic Games, but the victim C (V, 40 years old) was driving the vehicle while driving the DS350 vehicle, thereby preventing the Defendant from cutting the vehicle, thereby making the Defendant clicking and taking a bath, and threatening the 1.3km section from the Gangnam-gu Samsung T&T, and threatened the Defendant 1.3km at the 1.km section from the Gangnam-gu Samsung T&T, while driving the vehicle at the point of a sports ground, the Defendant stopped, and opened the victim’s glass door to the vehicle, and threatened the victim with the two threats by hand.
