A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 16, 2019, at around 21:10, the Defendant: (a) went on the taxi operated by the victim B (the age of 61) and arrived at the Kim Jong-si apartment at the destination, Kim Jong-si; and (b) expressed that “Ye, Chewing fla, Ie, Ien, Ien, Ien, Ien, Ien, Ien, Ien, Ien, Ien, Ien, Ien, Ien, Ien, Ien's head; and (c) took one part of the victim’s kn

As a result, the Defendant inflicted bodily injury on the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc. on the part of the victim who need approximately two weeks of treatment.

2. Performance of official duties;

A. On June 16, 2019, around 21:34 on the same day, the Defendant expressed that, within the Kim Jong-si Police Station E zone in Kim Jong-si, which was voluntarily operated due to the same cause as Paragraph 1, the Defendant expressed that, “B is 50,” the Defendant was asked to refer to “I 50, and I am, I see that I am, I am, I am, and I am, I am, I am, I am, and I am at the bottom of the victim’s right side with his left hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers regarding the handling of 112 reported cases.

B. On June 17, 2019, around 00:32 on June 17, 2019, the Defendant was arrested in the act of paragraph 2(a) above, and was transferred to the Jeonjin-gu Police Station located in 299 in the Jeonjin-gu, Jeonjin-gu, Jeonjin-gu, Seoul, and was taking the custody of the police officer G, who belongs to the Kim Jong-gu Police Station, at the time of taking the procedure for taking the detention room into the custody room. Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the custody and escort of police officers.
