1. Of the shares listed in the separate sheet, 5,000 shares of Defendant B and the remainder of 5,000 shares are identified as shares of Defendant C, respectively.

The following facts are as follows: ① Defendant B is the representative director of Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant D”); Defendant C is the owner of Defendant D’s actual inspection; the Plaintiff is the husband of the network E who was the auditor of Defendant D; ② the network E received 5,000 shares out of the shares listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant shares”) from Defendant B around March 2003; and Defendant C’s remaining 5,000 shares from Defendant C (hereinafter “each title trust”); ③ the network E died on February 24, 2013; ④ the Plaintiff transferred the title of the instant shares in the name of the network E from the network E to the Plaintiff; ④ the Plaintiff’s change from the network E to the Plaintiff; ⑤ the Plaintiff’s declaration of intent to terminate each of the instant title trust to Defendant B and C; or the Plaintiff’s submission of the complaint to Defendant B through the Plaintiff’s respective parties’ respective evidence Nos. 16, 176, 176, 176, etc. to each of the parties.

According to the above facts, due to the termination of each title trust of this case, 5,00 shareholders' rights of the 5,00 shares of this case were returned to Defendant B, and the remaining 5,000 shareholders' rights of the 5,00 shares of this case were returned to Defendant C. Thus, it is confirmed that Defendant B and the remaining 5,000 shares of the shares of this case were owned respectively by Defendant C, and Defendant D who issued the shares of this case is obligated to implement the procedure of changing the name of 5,00 shares on the register of shareholders of this case to Defendant B and the remaining 5,00 shares to Defendant C.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and all of them are accepted, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
