On April 22, 2018, the Defendant ordered two concurrent weeks of each week as if he did not have any intent or ability to pay the price properly to the victim, even if he received alcoholic beverages, etc. from the “G music club” operated by the Victim F in Bupyeong-si, Young-si, Busan., the Defendant ordered two concurrent weeks of each week as if he did not pay the price properly to the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and acquired alcohol and alju amounting to the market price of 480,000 won from the victim.
