A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 15:00 on May 9, 2018, ordered a restaurant “E as if the Defendant would pay the price; (b) one land opening; and (c) one C, which is operated by the victim D in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the price even if he received alcoholic beverages, etc. due to the lack of money.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received the delivery of alcoholic beverages, etc. equivalent to 12,00 won in total from the market value from the victim.

2. On May 12, 2018, the Defendant issued an order for red sugar, 1 week, etc., when he/she committed an act as if he/she would pay the completion amount in the Victim G in Busan Metropolitan City F on May 12, 2018.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the price even if he received alcoholic beverages, etc. due to the lack of money.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received a delivery of alcoholic beverages, etc. equivalent to the total market value of 11,400 won from the injured party.

[2] On May 22, 2018, the Defendant, around 06:30 on May 22, 2018, 2018, committed as if the Defendant were to pay the price in the restaurant “K” operated by the injured party J in the Nam-gu Incheon Nam-gu, Incheon, and ordered one son and one son.
