A shall be punished by imprisonment of one year and a fine of 10,00,000 won, and imprisonment of one year and a fine of 5,00,000 won, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

"2017 Gohap 773"

1. Violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, Including Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts (Mediation, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts) - Defendant A and the Defendants, along with E and F, paid 1.30,00 won to Mazzers, including I (36 years old), J (Inn, 21 years old), after receiving 1.3 million won from Mazers, who were unable to know the name he/she was found to engage in commercial sex acts in the name of “H,” the first floor E, underground floor of the building located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at around July 3, 2017.

The Defendants conspired with E and F on May 2, 2017, and arranged sexual traffic for business purposes from around July 3, 2017 to around July 3, 2017, such as “L” and “H” at a unsound place in Gangnam-gu Seoul.

2. Violation of the Immigration Control Act - Defendant A

A. From May 2, 2017 to July 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) from around May 2, 2017 to from July 3, 2017, the Defendant, who entered K as described in the “L” and “H” paragraphs (1) that entered the place of business as a tourist visa, shall pay 40,000 won per man who has purchased a sex; and (b) employs the Defendant as a sexual traffic woman;

B. From June 16, 2017 to July 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) from around July 16, 2017, entered the “L” and “H” as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1) that entered the place of business as a tourism visa; and (b) employed the Defendant as a marina branch, who is to pay KRW 1 million per month to the I and J.

As a result, the defendant employed three persons who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities.

Defendant A of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 2017 Gohap 1171 is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name of “N” from the first floor of the underground and the second underground floors of the building located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and Defendant B is a person who engages in the distribution business in Thailand.

3. Violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic (mediation, etc. of sexual traffic) - Defendant A, from June 24, 2015 to September 3, 2015, installed 12 sexual traffic establishments at the above N’s “N” and one shower room, etc. to engage in sexual traffic.
