Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has driven a motor vehicle in the line of duty under D's possession.

On February 26, 2013, the defendant, around 16:25, was made to turn to the left at the right side of the king-Jak-dong, Jin-dong, Jin-dong, Jingi-dong, from the front side of the king-do.

At the time, weather flows, and the accident place is above the private-distance intersection where signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care to keep all traffic accidents from spreading by viewing the front and observing signal.

Nevertheless, if the defendant neglected to turn to the right on the front red signal and neglected to turn to the left, the defendant conflicts with the front right side of the Gpoter freight vehicle operated by the victim F (F, South, 35 years old) who was under the green signal from the front side of the Gpoter car operated by the victim F (F, South, and 35 years old).

Ultimately, due to the above occupational negligence, the Defendant suffered from the victim H (n, 47 years of age) who is the passenger of the Defendant driver’s vehicle, the injury of catum, etc., such as catum in which treatment for about 2 weeks is required; the injury of the catum, etc. of the catum in which treatment is required for about 12 weeks to the victim F of the damaged vehicle; the injury of the catum in which treatment is required for about 6 weeks to the same victim I (n, 64 years of age); the injury of the catum in which treatment is required for about 3 days to the same victim J (n, South, and 5 years of age); and the injury of the catum in which treatment is necessary for about 3 weeks to the same victim K (n, cat, and 3 years of age).
