Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for two months for each of the crimes set forth in the Decision 1-A, B, and C of the 2019 Highest 557.

Punishment of the crime

On February 13, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for six months with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Seoul Southern District Court on February 13, 2018 and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 21, 2018.

At this point, the driver of the vehicle had a duty of care to live well on the front side and the left and right of the vehicle, and to drive the vehicle safely in accordance with the signals.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the above occupational negligence, injury to brain sugars, etc. which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the victim D, and injury to sugar, etc., which had no open meat for about two weeks of medical treatment to the victim F (V, 50 years of age) who is the passenger of the damaged vehicle.

2.
