Punishment of the crime

At around 22:30 on April 27, 2019, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim D (the 45-year old) who is an acting engineer on the front side of the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan Building Co., Ltd., on the ground that the charge is wurfed, and caused the victim's body to be pushed down by the shoulder, and caused the victim's damage, etc. to the front side of the left part and the part of the victim's body by the burburf, respectively, for about three weeks of treatment.
