At around 14:50 on September 21, 2013, the Defendant driven a Bskn vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.213% while under the influence of alcohol from around the roads of the Jinan beach located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do, to the morality distance located in the same Donsan-Eup. The Defendant driven a Bskn vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 5km from around 5km.
