A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On September 26, 2008, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2,50,000,000,000,000,000 as a fine for the same crime from the Ulsan District Court on February 7, 2014.

On October 29, 2013, the Defendant driven a cpoter vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.393% in the section of about 30km from the French land (hereinafter referred to as the “Seoyang-si”) around 12:47 to the front road of the Black 2 Public Security Center located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as the “Seoul”) in order to drive a cpoter vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.393%.

As a result, the defendant was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol not less than twice.

1. Around September 19:50 on September 30, 2013, the Defendant driven a DNA car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.231% from the section of about 10km to the front road of the small park located in the Sonsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do, under the influence of alcohol leveling from the 10km section to the 10km road in the Sonsan-si, Chungcheongnam-do.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Doing Vehicles) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accidenting Measures) are those engaged in driving a Doingcar.

At around 19:50 on September 30, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car and made the left turn to the left the intersection of the unforest P&P-house located in the Sonsan-si, Ulsan-si, Ulsan-si, Ulsan-do, U.S., according to the road of one-lane in the direction of the river from the distance of the river to the suk-gu.
