Punishment of the crime

On December 20, 2016, around 23:45, the Defendant driven a BS-type car while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 10 percent (0.101%) of the day-to-day 13-18 in the city culture from around 85, Do-ri, Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, to around 13-20, Do-ro 85, the same city culture.
