On September 14, 2017, around 03:53, the Defendant driven B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol at approximately 300 meters from the front road of the Jung-gu Seoul Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul to the front road of about 71, Jungcheon-ro, Jungcheon-ro, the alcohol concentration of which is 0.105% (0.105%).
