1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for two years and by imprisonment for one year; and
2. Defendant C is punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and Defendant C.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 14, 2012, Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Chuncheon District Court on February 14, 2012, and on September 27, 2012, the sentence of the suspended sentence became effective on October 2, 2012, which became final and conclusive on October 2, 2012. On May 2, 2014, Defendant A was released from Gangnam Prison prison and was released on June 13, 2014. On September 10, 2015, Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of four months with prison labor for fraud, and the said sentence became final and conclusive on September 18, 2015.
