Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for not less than five months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On May 4, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car at around 10:00 and proceeded to turn to the left the left at about 20 kilometers per hour from the Hanyang apartment at the seat of the above apartment parking lot to the Hanyang apartment.

On the other hand, a crosswalk without signal lights are installed in the front door. In such a case, prior to left-hand turn to the driver of the vehicle, the driver of the vehicle had a duty of care to prevent the occurrence of the accident by safely examining whether the driver of the vehicle has a pedestrian, and by safely driving the crosswalk in front of the front and left-hand.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the victim C to suffer injury, such as the left-hand side of the 5 weeks of medical treatment, and the upper pelle, etc., due to the above occupational negligence, and at the same time caused the victim D to suffer two pelles that need to be tracked for about 3 months to 6 months.
