[2016 High 128] On December 5, 2015, from around 17:40 to around 18:00 of the same day, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle under 125cc without a motor device driver’s license in the section of about 15 km from the front day of the 68-ro Roter Rool Bolle Bo-ri, Libybybya-ro 68, Gibya-ri, Libya-ri, Libya-ri to the front day of the same Siromo-ri farm.

[2016 High 157] On March 15, 2016, the Defendant driven 125 Obama in the section of approximately 61 km without a motor device driver’s license from the front day of the Defendant’s house in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do to the front day of the Sinsan-si, Seosan-si, 30-2, Seosan-si.
