1. On July 18, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a motor device bicycle license from around 19:57 on July 18, 2016, driven the front-dong Obababab in the section of about 4km from around 19-9 to around 28, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the upper end of Suwon-si, 71.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act is a person with the same wheels.

No motor vehicle owner shall drive any motor vehicle on a road, which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the two-wheeled automobile, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the same time and place as the preceding paragraph, on the road.

3. On May 7, 2016, the Defendant driven a CEngine bicycle in the state of approximately 0.156% alcohol content in the 1km section from May 7, 2016, under the influence of approximately 0.156%, from around 5:00 to around 20, 943, as in the Enforcement Decree of the Suwon-si Power Line, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, without a bicycle’s bicycle driver’s license.
