Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for two years from the date the above judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who engages in wholesale business with the trade name "F" in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Defendant B is a person who served as a person in charge of wholesale packaging and shipment at H, a corporation operated by the victim G from January 27, 201 to June 10, 2013.

Accordingly, the Defendant respectively acquired stolen goods.
