A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

1950,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled the Megatop cloid (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), which is a local mental medicine, as follows:

1. On October 13, 2017, the Defendant decided to purchase writingphones from the sales book of the nameless philophones known through the Internet, and around 08:29 on October 13, 2017, the Defendant transferred 4.50,000 won to the said sales book using the cash payment machine located at G convenience points in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and then, the said sales book was known to the above sales book, and it was found that it was discovered that the said sales book was hidden and was being tried to find the philophones under the judgment due to the suspicion of the philophones administered at the time.

Accordingly, the defendant did not intend to purchase philophones, but did not have attempted to purchase philograms.

2. On January 13, 2018, at around 06:29, the Defendant, using the cash payment machine located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, remitted KRW 1,500,000,00 to the sales book of the non-printedphone in the name of the Internet as the purchase price, and found approximately KRW 1 g of the phiphone-phone, which was contained in the vinyl in which the said sales book is hidden, in the stairs of the mutual letlet in Gangnam-gu Seoul.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased approximately 1g 1.5 million won of philophones.

3. On January 13, 2018, the Defendant, around the morning, 13, 2018, stored the scopon containing water in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan J apartment K, which is the Defendant’s residence, into the instant instant cup, and dilutioned the scopon with L, and administered the scopon in a way of drinking together with L.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with L to administer philophones.
