A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than a narcotics handler, shall sell or administer a chropopopic (one philophone; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), which is a local mental medicine, and the defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Crimes on November 3, 2019;

A. The Defendant, along with B, conspired with B to purchase and administer phiphones from the sales book of phiphones known to B through the Internet C and D search, to use phiphones sales to contact 0.5g of phiphones sales book with the telephones sales book on the Internet, and to purchase 500,000 won of phiphones sales book on the Internet. On November 3, 2019, the Defendant, around 02:17, 201, brought 50,000 won of phiphones sales book from the F bank account in Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, using the ATM machine at its location, to notify the above B of the sales book of phiphones sales book, and brought 50,000 won of phiphones sales account in Seoul, using the F bank account (H) of 01:30,000,0000 won of phiphones sales book.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with B to sell philophones.

B. On November 3, 2019, the Defendant dypon medication: (a) 03:00 on the dwelling of the Defendant, Jhobya, Libya, Libya; (b) 0.2g on the crypopon purchased as above; (c) dypon the crypon; (d) dyponed on the cryp; and (e) dyponed on the crypon; and (e) dypon

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with B to administer philophones.

2. The crime on March 1, 2020;

A. The Defendant: (a) reported an advertisement on the sales of philophones inserted in Internet D; and (b) contacted the books using the philophones in order to purchase KRW 0.5g 400,000,000 from the books using the philophones; and (c) on March 1, 2020, at the M convenience store located in Lh in Etitus, around 00:34, 2020, the Defendant was the N bank account in the name of the N bank account (P) in which the Defendant informed of the volume of sales of philophones using the ATM machine located in the place.
