1. The Defendant against the victim B is a person who had worked as a delivery employee from around October 2017 to June 26, 2018 in the “D” located in Incheon reinforced military C, to be a delivery employee.

2. The Defendant is a person who, from July 20, 2018 to September 23, 2018, worked as a delivery employee in Ulsan-gun G 1st floor “H” in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do.
around 17:00 on September 23, 2018, the Defendant, at the above “H” around 17:00, carried one of the victims F in cash amounting to KRW 200,000, the market price of KRW 1,300,000.
As a result, the defendant stolen the victim's property equivalent to the total amount of 1,500,000 won in the market.
