Punishment of the crime

1. On March 2019, the Defendants recruited each other’s gambling participants and opened a gambling house, and received money from them under the name of the place of use, etc. and received money in installments.

2. From around 06:00 to April 12, 2019, Defendant A and Defendant B recruited each gambling participants, and Defendant C prepared a set-line card to be used for coffee, tobacco, beverage, and gambling, and Defendant D provided the said office to gambling participants, and provided the said office to seven persons, such as F, as gambling places, and provided the said office with approximately KRW 440,000,000,000 from the place of gambling, and received KRW 3.44 million from them under the name of the said office, such as the fee for the use of the place, etc. from the day to April 12, 2019.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to open a place for gambling for the purpose of profit-making.

2. Defendant C

A. On March 10, 2019, from around 20:00 to around 12:00 of the same month, Defendant C recruited gambling participants, such as H, in the original G and the fourth floor room of the same month from around 20:00 to around 12:00 of the same month; provided the above original studio to a place where gambling is conducted; provided 6 persons, such as H, with approximately KRW 30,000,000 of the sales studio; and received 4.680,000,000,000, under the pretext of the user fee.

Accordingly, Defendant C opened a place for gambling for the purpose of profit-making.

B. On March 13, 2019, from around 21:00 to 05:00 on March 14, 2019, Defendant C recruited participants in gambling, including A, from the original city I and the first floor office, prepared trum cards, etc. to be used for gambling, and studios.
