Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A, B, and C’s gambling opening part: (a) provided bubs, etc. with a place for gambling “hulh” or “hulh” gambling; (b) collected money under the name of Durbs, etc.; (c) from November 1, 201 to June 201, the second floor office of the 1st floor of the Busan East-gu IG and the Busan East-gu Jtel 505 to June 1, 201; (d) provided bubs, cards, books, chairss, drinking water, tobacco, etc. necessary for gambling; and (e) Defendant A recruited bubs through bubs, Defendant C and B returned to and made a bubs; and (e) collected money from 10,000 won per hour under the name of D, D, E, F, etc. under the name of “hurbs participating in the gambling,” and (e) provided 20,000 won per piece of money.
Therefore, from November 201 to June 201, the Defendants conspired to open gambling for profit.
2. On November 21, 201, from around 16:00 to 04:00 of the following day, Defendant D, E, and F’s gambling part Defendants posted 10,00 won each in gold with a 52 card using a 52 card from the office of the second floor of the International Building of Busan Dong-gu I, Busan, and received 3 card. After continuing to post additional money until the card was received, Defendant D, E, and F continued to post an additional money until the card was received, and finally, the one who possessed an association of the card with the highest order of correspondence by comparing the card pattern and number.
Therefore, the above Defendants, as well as those from that time to June 20, 2012, carried out gambling 12 times in total as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
3.
