A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

피고인은 2017. 8. 27. 02:55 경 혈 중 알코올 농도 0.202% 의 음주 영향으로 정상적인 운전이 곤란한 상태로 E 제네 시스 승용차를 운전하여 성남시 분당구 판교동 경부 고속도로 하행선 407km 지점을 5 차로 중 1 차로로 진행하던 중 술에 취하여 부산 방면에서 서울 방면으로 불상의 속도로 역 주행한 과실로 피고인 운전 차량 좌측 부분으로 정상 진행 중이 던 F 쏘나타 택시의 좌측 뒷부분을 충격하여 위 쏘나타 택시로 하여금 중앙 분리대에 충돌하도록 하고 (1 차 충돌), 그 충격으로 위 F 쏘나타 택시에서 떨어져 나온 좌측 뒷바퀴에 2 차로로 정상 진행 중이 던 G 그랜드 스타 랙스 승합차가 충돌하도록 하였다 (2 차 충돌). 피고인은 계속하여 역 주행하는 과정에서 피고인 운전 차량 우측 후방 펜더 부분으로 2 차로로 정상 진행 중이 던 H 쏘나타 승용차의 우측 부분을 들이받고 (3 차 충돌), 그 충격으로 튕겨 져 나온 위 H 쏘나타 승용차의 좌측 뒷부분으로 5 차로로 정상 진행 중이 던 I BMW 승용차의 우측 전방 펜더 부분을 추돌하게 하는 (4 차 충돌) 교통사고를 야기하였다.

The victim J(32 Do, L) who was on the part of the defendant's driver due to the above traffic accident, was in need of approximately 12 weeks medical treatment; the victim K (48 Do) who is the driver of F rocketing si, is in need of approximately 2 weeks medical treatment; the victim L (38 Doe) who is the passenger of the si was in need of medical treatment for approximately 1 day; the victim M (36 Doe) was in need of medical treatment for approximately 2 weeks; the victim M (36 Doe) who is the driver of H Hayst or other car; the victim N (29 Doe) was in need of medical treatment for approximately 2 weeks; the victim N (29 Doe) who is the driver of the I BMW si; the victim N(N) was in need of medical treatment for about 2 weeks.
