Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a proxy engineer who is a driver of the CM7 car driving service.

On October 4, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 02:30 on October 4, 2017, while driving the two-lane road in Daejeon U.S. D along the two-lane road from the direction of the university to the U.S., and driving the two-lane road from the direction of the college to the U.S., and making a U.S. internship.

At this point, since the road was on which the center line of yellow do not have the center line, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by accurately manipulating steering devices and brakes.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, inflicted injury on the victim J. (57) who was boarding the back seat of the said SM7 car on approximately 12 weeks of medical treatment, such as an indemnite pel, etc., together with the injury on the victim K (V, 46 years of age) on the back seat of approximately 16 weeks of medical treatment, such as an indemnite pel, etc., which requires approximately 4 weeks of medical treatment, and suffered injury on the victim F, who driven the said rocketing car, to the victim F, requiring approximately 4 weeks of medical treatment, such as cage pel, pel, etc., for about 4 days of medical treatment.
