1. The Plaintiff:

A. As to Defendant B and C’s respective amount of KRW 22,80,000 and KRW 37,200,000 and said amount, respectively.

1. The following facts do not conflict between the Parties:

Defendant B prepared and delivered a loan certificate to the Plaintiff as follows:

(1) The Plaintiff appears to have been requested on May 31, 2008 at the time of the request of the Plaintiff on January 25, 2006 as CB1 13,000,000 on August 13, 2006, when Defendant C and B 23, 200,000 on May 20, 2008, B and 34, 2003, B and 34, 200, 2005, 3 and 19,000,000,000 on May 31, 2008, B and 19, 200, 200, 3 and 10,000,000 on May 31, 200;

2.5 seems to be 2.5% per month.

B. In addition, around June 2012, Defendant B prepared a written statement stating “The unpaid KRW 25,000,000” to the Plaintiff from February 2010 to May 25, 2012, thereby making the decision to grant the Plaintiff a return.

C. Defendant B, around October 6, 2010, with the Plaintiff as the surety, paid the Plaintiff from E to March 6, 2012, with the loan of KRW 4,000,000, and made a decision to grant a loan to E, and the Plaintiff currently holds the above loan certificate.

2. The parties' assertion

A. Plaintiff 1) The Plaintiff loaned to the Defendants the money equivalent to the amount stated in each loan certificate of 1-A as interest rate of 2% per month. Of the above table, the Plaintiff promised Defendant B and C to jointly borrow the money of 1,2,34,6,10,11 in the No. 5,80 among the above table, and Defendant B and D jointly borrow the money of 5,88,9, and Defendant B solely borrow the money of 5-B, and Defendant B’s 1-B money of 60,000,000 in the above table.

3. The plaintiff, the guarantor, was not paid the money of the defendant B 1-C, and the plaintiff is the guarantor.
