A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 2008, the Defendant illegally used the air signs by attaching the registration number plate of the two-wheeled motor vehicle attached to the air unit E 125cc c. c. in the mutual inf. D owner of the D, which was left alone, to the southyang-si, Gyeonggi-si, the Gyeonggi-do, and attaching it without authority to the ZXR 400cc.

2. The Defendant: (a) attached a two-wheeled automobile registration number plate, removed from June 2008 to December 201, 2010, from the business territory of South Yangyang-si, and exercised an air defense illegally used by running the otoba; (b) exercised the two-wheeled automobile registration number plate; and (c) denied the use of the two-wheeled automobile registration number plate.
