A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2015. 1. 초순경 서울 종로구 창신동 창일중학교 인근 화단에서 그곳에 방치되어있는 C 소유인 D 이륜자동차등록번호판을 발견하고 이를 피고인 소유인 자동차등록번호판이 없는 랠리 50cc 오토바이에 부착하여 운행하기로 마음먹었다.

1. 공기호부정사용 피고인은 2015. 1.경 서울 종로구 창신동 삼일아파트 인근 도로에서, 행사할 목적으로 위와 같이 습득한 공기호인 D 이륜자동차등록번호판을 자동차등록번호판이 없는 랠리 50cc 오토바이에 권한없이 부착하여 공기호를 부정사용하였다.

The Defendant: (a) attached a registration number plate of a two-wheeled automobile acquired from January 2015 to April 19, 2015; (b) exercised air units illegally used by running a penta while illegally using a two-wheeled automobile; and (c) exercised the two-wheeled automobile registration number plate of a two-wheeled automobile from January 2015 to April 19, 2015.
