1. Fraud;

A. On October 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00 on October 21, 2013, the Defendant: (b) received food and alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 103,00 at the market price from the victim; and (c) on the restaurant in JW-3 operating JW-based hotel in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, the Defendant received food and alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 103,00 at the market price.

B. Around 23:00 on October 30, 2013, the Defendant, at the victim E’s G amusement tavern operated in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, had the same attitude that the Defendant would normally pay the price to H, an employee of the said main shop, even though he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she received an order of alcohol and the alcohol, and he/she acquired it by deception with the victim’s alcohol and the alcohol equivalent to KRW 450,00 in the market price.

C. On November 10, 2013, around 03:00 on November 10, 2013, the criminal defendant against the victim I showed the same attitude that the victim I would normally pay the price to L, who is an employee of the above main place, even though he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she received an order of alcohol or the alcohol, and he/she acquired it by deception after being provided with alcohol and the alcohol equivalent to KRW 645,00 at the market price from the victim.

On November 19, 2013, the Defendant had the same attitude that the Defendant would pay the price normally to N who is the above restaurant manager even though he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if he did not sell food and drink.
