Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Three cases:
A. On August 4, 2014, the Defendant forged private document at the “E” mobile phone sales store located in Daejeon Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, the Defendant stated “F”, “H”, “H”, “B” in the column of the resident registration number, “B” in the column of the date of application, and “F” in the subscriber column, respectively, and made him/her arbitrarily sign his/her name on his/her name.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged an application for subscription in the name of F, a private document on rights and obligations.
B. The Defendant’s uttering of the above investigation document

On September 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) called the “CJio shopping” manager, a mobile phone sales store in the Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, K apartment 101 Dong 403; and (b) deceiving him as if he had been L; and (c) deceiving him as if he had been L; and (d) he did not pay 540,430 won for installment charges and usage charges that he had been used by opening a mobile phone in the name of L; and (e) obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.
3. The Defendant, around September 30, 2014, phone called to the person in charge of 'CJo shopping', which is the victim's media sales store at his own house of Dong-gu Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu, 101 Dong-dong 403, and deceiving him as if he was F.
