A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant served as a police officer from November 3, 1990 to the present date, and served as a police officer from February 1, 2012 to February 10, 2014.

1. On September 7, 2013, at around 18:30 on September 18, 2013, the Defendant, who violated the law of defense, received a request from G to allow Dong to talk with the investigator in charge of the case being investigated at the Seoul Southern Police Station, and consented to G to “I talk with the police officer in charge,” and received KRW 200,000 in cash from G owned on the road adjacent to the above restaurant parking lot of “F” around 21:30 on the same day.
