A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On April 15, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for habitual larceny at the Busan High Court on Busan High Court on August 14, 2016.

Criminal facts

1. Larceny;

A. At around 12:00 on August 16, 2016, the Defendant, within the D Gameland located in Busan District, Busan District, on the part of the Defendant: (a) had a cresh of the victim’s care due to the name and influence of the game room customers; (b) had a cresh of the market price, the victim’s ownership; and (c) one card, one card, and one card, one card, and one card.

B. On August 16, 2016, around 21:00 on August 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) placed the gap in the market price of the victim E, a customer of the said game room, in a white room in which the victim owned by him/her; and (b) cut off by inserting in advance a white room in which the victim owned by him/her; and (c) 5,000 won in cash in a red paper, one red paper tag, and one cosmetics, etc. in a test plastic paper.

C. At around 01:00 on August 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a vehicle door, which was locked by the victim G, who was parked on the front road of the Busan Jin-gu, and opened a vehicle door between the driver’s seat window by inserting it into a metal with a length of 50cm; and (b) stolen it with a letter of credit card of the CB bank managed by the victim and a credit card card of the company owned by the victim.

On August 17, 2016, at around 01:50 on August 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a vehicle door in the same manner as the victim J owned by the victim, which was parked on the Busan Jin-gu, Busan; and (b) cut off the car door of KRW 9,180 on the part of the driver’s seat; and (c) cut off the car door of KRW 9,180 on the part of the driver’s seat.

2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On August 17, 2016, the Defendant purchased one drinking water equivalent to the market price of 1,000 won at the M convenience store located in Busan Jin-gu L on August 17, 2016, and employees of the place.
