Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a member of the reserve forces belonging to the Non-Dong Reserve Forces in the Republic of Korea.

1. Around 09:00 on September 6, 2018, the Defendant was unable to participate in the training without justifiable grounds despite the receipt of a notice of call-up for training that he would undergo secondary supplementary training on September 20, 2018 at the place of residence of the Defendant in Ulsan-gu B, Ulsan-gu.

On February 21, 2018, the Defendant did not undergo the above training without justifiable grounds despite having received a notice of a call for training in the name of the third unit commander of the 7765 unit 3 unit of the Army, which was conducted at the training site of the South-gu Reserve Forces in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do on March 7, 2018 at the Defendant’s residence located in the building B in the building B of the Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-do on March 7, 2018.

4. On June 14, 2018, the Defendant carried forward to the training site for the South-gu Reserve Forces on June 28, 2018, which was conducted at the above Defendant’s residence.
