1. The Defendant: 5% per annum from September 28, 2013 to April 16, 2014 with respect to each of the said KRW 1,50,000 to the Plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The defendant is a foundation that establishes, manages, and operates the Cheongsung-Madong Hospital located in 173-19, a Cheongju-si, a substantial amount of Cheongju-si, and the plaintiffs are children of the deceased E.
B. Around 01:00 on February 13, 2013, the network E committed suicide, such as mathing agrochemicals and exposing the head of a watch, etc., but applied for suicide using 119 emergency vehicles in the CheongsungMo Hospital. On February 15, 2013, while being hospitalized in an emergency room after being hospitalized in the Cheongsungmo Hospital’s building, the network was removed from the shock network installed on the seventh floor glass of the Cheongsungmo Hospital’s building, and died due to dives, long-term damage, etc.

The net E was 17:40 p.m. on the same day and took prescribed drugs.
